The layout rule that carries the brand. Gold uppercase eyebrow, heavy extended headline in white, gold on the price or one key word only. That stack repeats down the whole landing page. Repeat it on every ad and the ads look like the site.
02

Format and safe zone

One 1080 × 1920 master per ad. Not a 4:5 and a 9:16. The same file runs full height in Reels and Stories with Meta's interface drawn on top of it, and gets centre cropped to 1080 × 1350 in Feed. Everything that has to be read lives where those two overlap.

Covered by the Reels interfaceTop 270px profile and audio. Bottom 670px like, comment, share and caption. 65px each side.
Cut off by the Feed cropFeed keeps the centre 1080 × 1350 and discards 285px top and bottom.
Design herex 65 to 1015, y 285 to 1250. A 950 × 965 box centred on y 767.
Type block bottom anchors to y 1250, not to the bottom of the canvas. The safe box sits above the middle of the frame, so the instinct to bottom anchor is wrong here. Faces and anything that carries meaning belong in the same band.
One master, not three ratios. The standard production practice is to ship every static in 4:5, 1:1 and 9:16. We are deliberately not doing that yet. At this budget a single vertical master that Meta crops is the right trade, because two files drift apart faster than a cropped one underperforms. If spend goes past roughly $50 a day, add a purpose built 4:5 for Feed, which will beat a centre crop.
Pick the crop for where the quiet area falls, then place the type. The safe box and the subject of a well shot photo want the same real estate, so the losing move is setting a headline over somebody's face. In this library the quiet zones are the yellow mats, the wood floor, the grey brick and the plain treatment room walls. Never type straight onto a photo: use a gradient from #121212 at about 90 percent up to transparent, reaching to roughly y 520.
03

Assets

Thirteen files, one shoot. Native orientation decides what a frame can be: a 9:16 crop keeps 84 percent of the width of a 2:3, 70 percent of a 4:5, and only 37 percent of a 3:2 landscape. That last one is why 019 and 125 cannot be vertical masters.

The eight ads

Photo assignment, why the ad exists, and the exact text overlay. Nothing else goes in the image. Meta renders its own call to action button below the creative, so never draw one.

Reference: a first pass of all eight is already rendered in creative/out/. Treat those as the visual reference for tone and density, not as the target. They put headlines over faces, which is the one thing section 02 says not to do.

B1The offer, plainly statedStill · 1080 × 1920

Why this ad. The offer is the strongest asset we have and almost nobody in this market has heard of a movement scan. State it plainly and let the $405 anchor carry the value argument.

Why this ad. The objection on a first visit is not the price, it is whether it will be worth showing up for. Removing that risk is the entire ad.

B3What the $150 gets youCarousel, 5 cards · 1080 × 1350

Why this ad. $150 sounds like a lot for a first visit until you see the four things inside it. This is the only unit that can show all four.

Card 1
Four things. $405 of value.
Cards 2 to 5
  1. $125 · Kinotek Movement Assessment. A 3D scan that measures exactly how you move. You leave with a body map and a plan.
  2. $150 · 60 Minute Bodywork Session. One on one, built around what your scan found. Not a routine.
  3. $70 · Recovery Day Pass. Sauna, compression and cold plunge. Use it the same day.
  4. $60 · 6 Week Progress Rescan. Proof you improved.

Naming and handover

All eight ads run in one ad set, which means the ad name is the only place performance data can be read from. Attributes get encoded in the name so results can be grouped by concept and hook later, not just by ad. The pipe separator matches the existing Easton campaign naming.

Designer names files by ad code only. Whoever uploads applies the full ad name. Six concepts across eight ads, with the offer running twice in two formats, which is the comparison we want.
Build layered, not flattened. Headline, eyebrow, price, scrim and photo each on their own layer, named. At day 30 the two worst ads get killed and the winner gets two or three variants that change one element only, usually the headline. That is a ten minute job on a layered file and a rebuild on a flat one.
06

What gets checked

Make it work
One promise per ad"Save time and money" loses to one specific claim. If an ad needs two promises, it is two ads.
The subject reads in half a secondOne focal point. A viewer decides to stop before they decide to read, so an ambiguous composition is already lost.
Brand mark visible but not centredRoughly 8 to 12 percent of canvas height. Centred branding signals "this is an ad" before the message lands.
No headline over a faceReframe the crop rather than moving the type. Checked on every file.
Gold fails on the light wallsGold type on the grey brick in 007 and 038, and on the pale walls in 105 and 108, drops below readable. Set it white and let the eyebrow carry the gold.
Do not get it rejected
Never imply a health stateMeta policy. "Back pain does not have to be normal" passes. "Do you suffer from back pain" gets rejected.
No dashes, anywhereZero em dashes, en dashes or hyphens in any line a customer sees. Periods, commas or middots. Write "Rescan", not "Re-Scan".
Kinotek, with a kOlder files in the repo spell it "Kinotec". They are wrong. It appears in five of the eight ads.
No drawn CTA buttonMeta renders its own below the creative. A painted one competes with the real one.
Keep text coverage lightThe formal 20 percent text rule is gone but delivery still suffers on text heavy images. Long copy belongs in the caption.
Then the client reviews all eight before anything launches. That is a hard gate in the campaign plan, not a courtesy.
